I came here with my family when a young girl named Gabriella was working and she was fantastic! She was so kind to the kids helping us by recommending flavors to get. The ice cream was delicious! I will definitely be coming back.

I love this location!! I always get treated so well and the workers are always so nice and polite and happy to help out. Special shout out to Samantha the manager!! She was very helpful with a order that got mixed up but gave it to my family on the house for the inconvenience!! I love a manager who is willing to take care of her customers will definitely be coming back soon!! Great location and staff!!

I highly recommend stopping by Twisty Treats in Longwood, Florida! The general manager, Sam, was absolutely amazing — she has such a beautiful personality and made my visit feel genuinely special. I came in around 1:00 p.m. when it was pretty quiet, and she suggested I try the Reese’s Twisty (which I’m so glad I did). She made it perfectly! You can tell she’s a hardworking, kind, and thoughtful person who truly cares about her customers. This location is clean, relaxing, and perfect for families, friends, or anyone who just wants to treat themselves to something sweet. Definitely a 10 out of 10 experience — I’ll be coming back!

Came super late 10 minutes before close and the 2 young ladies working Kaitlynn and Arianna were able to accommodate my order quickly and they werebsuper pleasant about doing so super bummed and embarrassed couldn't Tip these super friendly and helpful young ladies on my card . Twistee Treat has the best soft serve ice cream. It is always rich and creamy. It's a great treat for sure. I am glad it's not closer as I would be there all the time.
